Expert training in Multibac expression, 28th May to 1st June 2018
The P4EU practical course on building multibac expression vectors took place on 28th May to 1st June hosted by the Research Complex at Harwell, UK. The eight participants on the course gained hands-on experience of the workflow for assembling multigene baculoviruses, including cre-lox recombination of donor-acceptor vectors, use of EMBacY for generating recombinant bacmids and following expression in insect cells. The course was very interactive with lots of discussion within the group and with the practical course leaders (Fruzsina Rabi and Fred Garzoni) and course organisers (Ray Owens and Imre Berger)
