      Dear Colleagues
      with regard to a Mass spec application, I would be interested in your yeast expertise: if you load a yeast total lysate on a Coomassie gel, how abundant are high molecular weight proteins? Are there clearly visible protein bands up to 200kDa or else? Maybe you could even send me an example ?
