      Does anyone have experience in using the Lonza 4D Nucleofector with the large volume (LV) attachment with HEK293 cells in suspension? I have not found any comparative studies between large-scale nucleofection and PEI-based transient transfection using this cell line, for example. I would be interested in hearing about any experiments along these lines.
