I will give an overview on our cell-free expression platform at the Goethe University Frankfurt. Focus of the webinar will be on our recent work with human membrane receptors, on guidelines how to improve and control membrane protein yield and quality, and on downstream applications such as Cryo-EM or nanotransfer.

Our system is based on E. coli lysates and can easily be established in any biochemical lab without major investments. As already mentioned at the last P4EU conference in Göteborg, our protocols are publicly available, and if interested you are welcome to ask for help and support.
