      Dear P4EU members,
I would like to have your experience on the use of protease to remove purification tag of our recombinants proteins. I tried thrombin and TEV but the efficacy, yield of cleavage is very weak. Which enzyme could you recommend?
If you use TEV enzyme, which temperature are you working?
      Thanks for answers.
      Best
