Rob MeijersParticipantDear colleagues,
we are putting together a new edition of the “High-Throughput Protein Production and Purification” book that is part of the Methods in Molecular Biology book series from Springer Protocols. We have taken over this book project from Renaud Vincentelli who published the last edition in 2019, which was very successful.
These are highly technical protocol chapters that are pretty straightforward to put together from existing lab protocols. We are especially looking for protocols for protein production and characterization that can be automated and/or involve machine learning based assessment of results.
If you think you may have something you would like to share with colleagues, please get in touch. We aim to have written chapters done by September 2026.
Best regards,
Rob Meijers

Amina KamahParticipantHi Rob,
This is an excellent initiative. If I understand correctly, you are looking for detailed protocols for the production of recombinant proteins? Are you interested in all types of proteins?
Best regards
