Evotec, Toulouse, wish to recruit a Team Leader in Antibody Production

Within the Protein Reagent Production department, you will be leading a team responsible for development and delivery of monoclonal antibody (mAb) production in mammalian cells (CHO/HEK293):

Lead a small team of 4 scientists

Prepare, coordinate, and execute mAbs production/purification studies according to agreed specifications

You are responsible for production result analysis and interpretation

You are responsible for the quality and reliability of scientific results

Contribute to the lab life (device maintenance, consumable ordering, labs organization…)

Ensure strong collaboration both inside and outside the Protein Sciences department

Contribute and coordinate antibody production/purification and automated transient transfection platform: define, execute and/or coordinate production processes and quality control

Plan and control the delivery of antibody production campaigns in close collaboration with the Group Leaders and Project Leaders

Analyse and exploit experimental results in their biological context in collaboration with downstream processing, analytics and antibody discovery teams

Ensure compliance to the specifications agreed with our collaborative partners

Contribute to the elaboration and the execution of new methodologies and strategies applied to high throughput protein production
