For those of you working with multi-subunit systems that are also in need of testing combinations, tags and hosts, a user at our facility developed this hybrid Golden-Gate / Gibson cloning system.

They have adapted it for bacterial, insect and mammalian expression systems

They are always open for suggestions (expanding the vector base, promoters, tags etc), so please let them know your comments!

      Dear Kelvin

It would be interesting to make this system publicly available via a culture collection.
I noticed in the preprint that you will deposit the vectors in Addgene. Is there any chance to still (or also) deposit them in the BCCM/GeneCorner Plasmid collection, which is also a P4EU partner? For sure, this will make it more easily accessible for European scientists.
You will find a GeneCorner poster at the 20th P4EU meeting.
If you are interested, please contact me via e-mail: bccm.genecorner@ugent.be.
